These terms apply to the ENVORA Technologies and HUMI websites. By using the sites you agree to them. Questions go to envoratech@gmail.com.

The sites are intended for adults. If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account that is being used abusively.

Product details, prices and availability shown on these sites are read from the ENVORA Shopify store. The store is the source of truth. Prices and availability can change, and an item can be unavailable after it is shown. We try to keep descriptions and images accurate; occasional errors may occur and we may correct them.

Orders are placed and paid for through Shopify's checkout, which is governed by Shopify's own terms and handled by Shopify's payment infrastructure. Your order is accepted when it is confirmed in the store. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or a payment or fraud check fails.

Participating lounges may issue a lounge discount code, shared as a link or QR code. Scanning a code is not a purchase and is not a discount on its own: any discount applies only if the store accepts the code at checkout, and only to the items the store's discount is configured for. We record that a code brought a visitor and, where a completed qualifying order results, we associate that order with the lounge that sent the purchase for business reporting and lounge compensation. Codes may be changed, limited or withdrawn.

The HUMI device is a one-time purchase. The refill plan applies only to the eligible one-wet plus one-dry replacement cartridge options in Standard, Large and X-Large. Where the plan is selected: you receive a full-year supply of four refill sets of the selected size, shipped together once per year; a 10% discount applies to each annual payment, including the first; and the plan renews annually until cancelled. The plan is operated through the store's subscription app; changes and cancellation follow whatever that app and the store support at the time, and you can contact us for help. One-time purchase of cartridges remains available.

The ENVORA and HUMI names, logos, site content, imagery and product design are owned by ENVORA Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without permission.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the sites, administrator areas or any account; do not scrape, overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the services; do not submit unlawful or deliberately false information through our forms.

The sites rely on third-party services, including Shopify for the store and checkout, the store's subscription app, Google Maps and Google Places for the locations map, and our hosting, database, authentication and email providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do.

The sites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENVORA Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the sites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Information on these sites is general product information and is not professional advice.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, warranty terms, shipping times and delivery commitments are not stated on this page. Where the store publishes such policies at checkout, those apply. We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continued use of the sites after an update means you accept it.
