Cookie & Tracking Policy

This site stores very little. There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no third-party analytics scripts on the ENVORA or HUMI pages. The only optional tracking is lounge discount attribution, and you control it.

• Cart. Your selected items, kept in your browser so the cart survives a reload.
• Sign-in session. Set when you sign in to an account or the administrator area, so you stay signed in.
• Security and delivery. Standard request handling by our hosting provider.

These are required for the site and account to work, so they are not subject to consent.

• Your privacy choice. We store the choice you make here so we do not ask again.

• The lounge discount code you arrived with is remembered in your browser so it can be applied at checkout.
• We record that a scan or discount-link visit happened, that a code was applied to a cart, and that checkout was started. These records are attached to the code, not to your identity.
• A completed purchase in the store may then be associated with the lounge that sent the purchase for business reporting and lounge compensation.

If you decline this optional recording, these interaction records are not created.

Where local law requires an explicit opt-in — the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil — a short privacy control appears and the optional recording above stays off until you choose. Elsewhere no pop-up is shown for the essential cookies the site needs, and you can switch the optional recording off at any time using Privacy Choices in the footer. Where Shopify's Customer Privacy system is present on a page, your choice is mirrored into it.

None are installed on this site. If that ever changes, this page and the privacy control will change with it. Shopify's own checkout pages apply Shopify's cookie and consent settings, and the map on the locations pages loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap.

You can change your preference at any time.
